Our story
TixInfo wasn't started by a travel-tech company or an ad network. It was started by people who spent weeks refreshing secondary marketplaces every five minutes for sold-out shows — and who eventually got deep enough into the ticket world to see how the pricing really works. This is the tool we wish someone had handed us.
2024 — The obsession
It started the way it starts for every fan: a show we had to see, marked "sold out" everywhere. So we did what obsessed people do — we lived on the resale marketplaces. Phones out at dinner. Refresh on the train. Refresh between classes. Every five minutes, for weeks, watching the same listings across three or four tabs, waiting for one seller to blink.
What we learned: prices for the exact same seats moved constantly — sometimes hugely in a single day — and no site anywhere kept a record of it. You could never know if today's price was good. You just had to feel it.

We never sell tickets. We hold no inventory, set no prices, and take no payment. You buy on the marketplace itself, under its buyer guarantee.
Fees are part of the price. Every price we show is labeled with its fee basis — most are all-in. The checkout ambush that got us in 2024 is the thing this site exists to kill.
Cheapest first, always. When live prices are shown, the cheapest marketplace is ranked first. Our commission never reorders the list — here's exactly how we make money.
No fake urgency, ever. No countdown timers, no "3 people are looking at this," no invented scarcity. The only pressure on this site is the market itself — which we show you honestly, day by day, on every event's price tape.
